The Short Version

Use the site kindly, order what you love, and make sure your details are correct before checkout. We will roast, pack, and send your coffee with care.

Using This Website

This website is for browsing Early Batch Coffee products, reading about our coffee, and placing orders once checkout is live.

• Do not misuse the site, try to break it, or copy our content as your own.
• Product photos and tasting notes are guides. Coffee is a natural product, so small batch-to-batch differences can happen.
• We may update pages, products, prices, and policies when the business or website changes.

Orders and Payments

A coffee order is only confirmed after payment has been verified by our server. A success page is helpful, but it is not the final proof of payment on its own.

• Prices are shown in South African rand.
• Checkout will use Paystack or another secure payment provider if this changes later.
• If something looks wrong with an order, we may contact you before dispatch.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch fresh coffee within 2-3 business days. Delivery timing can vary by courier route, public holidays, weather, and how far the beans need to travel.

Our Responsibility

We work hard to give you fresh coffee and clear information. If something goes sideways, we will deal with it fairly and practically.

These terms do not remove any rights you have under South African consumer law.
